Guardian of the Trees Earring

This cartilage earring was inspired by Fangorn Forest in "The Lord of the Rings"; the greens and browns represent the Ents and the trees, and the blue is for the rivers that flow through the forest.

The earring/ear-piece is made using enameled copper wire in brown, blue, and two shades of green. At the end of the ear-piece are a metal leaf charm, a round green glass bead, and a larger round bead with stripes of blue, brown, and green. The entire ear-piece is 3 3/4" (9.5 cm) long from top earring ball to the bottom of the tree charm, and is 2" (5.1 cm) long from earring post to earring post.
